BCM Mining Technology was founded by Bernard Carl Mathew, a Mine Control Supervisor with more than a decade of experience in open pit mining. His career has spanned surveying, drill and blast design, mine planning support, production reporting, dispatch, GIS, automation, and operational technology, ultimately leading mine control and dispatch operations at a producing gold mine in Timmins, Ontario.

That operational background changes how technology gets built. Every dashboard, map, automation, and AI solution is designed around the challenges faced by dispatchers, supervisors, engineers, and operations teams every day.
