Everything below reads the same database, fed by the same simulated fleet. That is the point: one platform, many views, all agreeing.
Visiting between 06:30 and 07:15, or 18:30 and 19:15 eastern? That is shift change. The fleet is parked, tonnes sit at zero, and the boards look barren until the lineout clears, exactly like the real thing. Give it a few minutes and the trucks roll.
The shift board a control room keeps open all day: pace against plan, projected end-of-shift tonnes, queue analysis, crusher feed, drill meters, top delays, and the fleet up and down board with availability on hover.
The digital twin portal: every machine on the map with what it is carrying and where it is going, payload and material on loaded trucks, machine trails, and breadcrumb heatmaps over a synthetic orthomosaic.
The same fleet in three dimensions: orbit the pits, click a truck to see its load and destination, and ride along with a follow camera. A concept piece, not a survey product: a real deployment uses drone photogrammetry of your pits, your mine designs, live telemetry in place of the simulator, and your flight archive for material movement over time, dig compliance, and tonnage measurement.
The automation layer watching the same fleet: a live feed of dump misroutes, caught the moment a load is tipped somewhere the rules do not allow, plus a meal-break compliance summary for the shift. In production these cards land in Teams, email, or SMS while there is still time to act.

Reading it honestly
The simulation runs the clock a producing operation runs, so what you see depends on when you look. None of this is broken. It is a mine being a mine.
