Modules

The Operations Advisor learns your operation's baseline before it reports anything, so its monthly begins when advisories start publishing rather than at signature. The accumulation period is set out in the proposal and is not billed.

If you have already completed a Technology & Data Assessment, 25% of that fee is credited against the implementation figures below. The assessment is quoted separately, so the credit is applied on the proposal rather than shown here.

Support beyond the included allowance is billed at $240 per hour during business hours and $360 per hour outside them, including callouts. Response windows, the named site contact, and the escalation path are set out in the agreement.
