01 · Software and mine sites

Software prices apply per mine. No Premium Support or consulting hours are automatically included.

Production reporting & data warehouse; operational alerts & reporting automation. Scope and maturity are confirmed in the assessment.

02 · Optional Premium Support Plan

$50,000 CAD per mine per year. A separate annual service agreement for defined operational assistance, monitoring, incident handling and agreed support services.

$4,166.67 CAD per mine is the annual contract divided by 12 for comparison only. It is not monthly billing or monthly cancellation.

Applicable software updates, defect fixes and standard product maintenance remain included in the software subscription without this plan.

03 · Additional consulting

Fixed standard rate: $260 CAD/hour. Hours are multiplied by the number of mines and 12 months for the annual estimate. These are additional hours, separate from software and Premium Support.

Custom development, new integrations, custom reporting, specialized analysis, engineering and troubleshooting outside support scope are separately scoped unless explicitly included in a signed agreement. Scheduling and availability require agreement.

04 · One-time implementation

Planning range per mine multiplied by 1. Final implementation is quoted for deployment requirements.

The 25 percent credit for an eligible assessment within six months is applied once across this engagement, capped at the lower implementation amount. It is not a subscription discount. No credit is assumed unless selected.
