Reporting automation
implementation study.
Prevent different shift calendars and duplicate/rehandle rules from producing conflicting totals.
Evidence & maturity
Production deployed. This study describes the implemented workflow, its outputs and operating limits. Screenshots are implementation examples; no customer endorsement or quantified financial result is claimed.
Implementation
Stage authorized cycle and delay data in SQL, apply a shared shift calendar, reconcile definitions, then render SIC/productivity views and schedule approved PDF/email outputs.
Screenshot from a production system, identifiers altered. It documents an interface, not deployment acceptance or achieved savings.
Documented output
The retained shift board shows pace, plan, queues and loading-tool performance in one view. Report delivery remains an interface-specific scope item; no hours saved are claimed.
Validation and limitations
Timezone, shift boundaries, null records, payload quality and report recipients must be accepted. The live shift-in-charge board runs on synthetic data.
